The Alliance was launched by the European Union Commission in 2006 to promote corporate social responsibility.
TK Encasa is dedicated to playing its part in reducing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. It recognises that such individual impact may well be small but that if all commercial organisations around the world follow suit, this will be multiplied several thousand fold.
We have a seven step plan to make TK Encasa a greener company, which covers such things as the amount of fuel used by our vehicle fleet, to how the electricity we use is generated.
Known as Europe's number one stairlifts, these and associated units provided by ThyssenKrupp are built to extremely high standards. They are reliable, comfortable and stylish, allowing customers to maintain independence at home.
TK Encasa is a member of the Lift & Escalator Industry Association (the trade association for the lift industry) and we work to the LEIA Code of Practice, which safeguards customers purchasing lifts.
We also hold the ISO 9001 certificate for quality assurance.
TK Encasa is proud to be registered in the UK with Constructionline and CHAS. These two organisations are used extensively by local governemtn departments to confirm the financial and health & safety performance of UK suppliers and contractors.
We are also accredited by the British Healthcare Trades Association, OFT and exor and SAFEcontractor approved.

Aftercare
Our service does not cease once the stairlift or home elevator is up and running. We believe in aftercare and provide support way after a unit is fitted. Your safety is paramount and we believe in the provision of timely and efficient maintenance. If you do request assistance we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year will respond quickly to every call. Aftercare is hugely important to us and is an area where we have received fantastic feedback.
